MagXact MX-200M Magnetic 3 Axis Mill DRO - 10x20x16 Inch Scales

This MagXact by Precision Matthews DRO set is generally sized for a Smaller Bench Type mill and Small Knee Mills within these travels. (Like our smaller Bench Mills, this is the kit that would come with our PM-728V-T if ordered installed with the machine) and will work with many other similar sized machines.

**Important, if you will be installing this DRO on a PM-728VT Milling Machine that did not previously have a DRO installed, you will want to order this bracket set to make installation easier: DRO Bracket Set (If you are ordering a PM-728VT with DRO Installed as a package, do not worry about this, we already use this set to install the DROs here before shipping)

This Magnetic Milling Machine DRO is a dedicated Milling specific digital readout.

Fully loaded with all the features you would expect, combined with the durability of Magnetic scales which carry an IP67 rating for reliability in the harshest environments of the machine tool industry. (What does this IP67 rating mean? The IP 67 is the rating against intrusion by Solids and Water. The first digit, #6, is the highest rating against dust particles, which means it is totally protected against dust. The second digit, the #7, is the second highest rating for liquids available, and that means they are protected against submersion in water up to 1 meter depth, up to 30 minutes. So you can put this scale under water for 30 minutes and it will not be harmed - perfect for heavy use coolant applications. Since machine tools do not typically run while submerged in water, so I think it is safe to say these are well sealed units for machine tool use)
