  • Application: Lathes, Milling Machines, Manual, CNC, Saws, Air Compressors, Ironworkers, Presses, Press Brakes, and many more.
  • Isolates vibration and shock of the machine from the floor. It can also reduce the influences from other machines or outside vibrations.

  • Simply set machine on leveling pads, and use threaded stud for adjustment. To raise pad, tighten threaded stud, to lower pad, loosen threaded stud. Once adjusted, tighten jam nut to secure it in place.

  • Max Recommended Weight per pad: 1,000 pounds
  • Height fully lowered (Floor to top surface of pad) 1-1/4”
  • Height at top of adjustment range: 1-3/4”
  • Adjustment Range: 1/2” (More than enough for most concrete floor applications, if you need more, you may shim under the pad as needed with a square steel plate of desired thickness)
  • Threaded stud size: M12x1.75x 50mm
  • Stud Height from top of pad to top of stud: 50mm (Approx. 2”, this will work on a machine with up to approx. 3/4" Base thickness. If you need a shorter length to fit in a pocket, or longer length for a thicker machine base, you can simply cut the stud or replace with a standard M12x1.75 hex bolt of desired length) - An M12x1.75 by 70-80mm length is needed for our PM-835S, 935T, and 1054T Mills, please see our other leveling pad option with 80mm bolt for these models.
