Machinery Leveling Pads

• Application: Lathes, Milling Machines, Manual, CNC, Saws, Air Compressors, Ironworkers, Presses, Press Brakes, and many more.
• Isolates vibration and shock of the machine from the floor. It can also reduce the influences from other machines or outside vibrations.
• Better part finishes and higher quality from vibration reduction. Machines are stationary on the floor and can be set up without anchoring (Except where required by building codes, such as Earthquake Zones) Installation cost and time can be greatly saved over traditional anchoring methods. The machine level can easily be adjusted to perfect alignment.
• Elastomers is make of Nitrile rubber compound, it can resist most oils and coolants
• Simply set machine on leveling pads, and use threaded stud for adjustment. To raise pad, tighten threaded stud, to lower pad, loosen threaded stud. Once adjusted, tighten jam nut to secure it in place.
• Includes longer 80mm bolt for mounting in machines with thicker bases (Up to 2" thick base with included bolt)

• Max Recommended Weight per pad: 1,000 pounds
• Height fully lowered (Floor to top surface of pad) 1-1/4”
• Height at top of adjustment range: 1-3/4”
• Adjustment Range: 1/2” (More than enough for most concrete floor applications, if you need more, you may shim under the pad as needed with a square steel plate of desired thickness)
• Threaded stud size: M12 x 1.75 x 80mm
• Stud Height from top of pad to top of bolt: 90mm (Approx. 3-1/2”, this option will work on a machine with up to a 2" Base thickness where bolt goes through. If you need a shorter length to fit in a pocket, please see our other leveling pad option with shorter stud)
• This will fit our PM-935T and PM-1054T Series Milling Machines, these models have the thicker base so this longer bolt is needed
